Customising SnagID Labels: Snag, Defect, Issue & More

Different teams use different words. Some talk about snags, others about defects, issues or observations. SnagID lets you customise labels so your snag list, defect list and reports use the terminology your clients expect.

Which labels can you customise?

From the SnagID settings you can rename several core labels, for example:

• Snag → Defect, Issue, Observation, Task.
• Location → Flat, Room, Area, Section.
• Assignee → Contractor, Company, Trade.

Labels in reports
